Health conditions reversible with the NormalBreathing Buteyko Method

The NormalBreathing method is based on the central element of the Buteyko Method: the Buteyko Table of Health Zones. When making permanent changes in their automatic breathing, students are able to reverse (and cure) following health problems:

Metabolic disorders

– Cancers and related malignant conditions, including stages 3 and 4 of:

  • Breast cancer
  • Lung and bronchial cancer
  • Colon and rectal cancer
  • Prostate cancer
  • Pancreatic cancer
  • Leukemia
  • Non-Hodgkin lymphoma
  • Liver and intrahepatic bile duct cancer
  • DIPG (diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma)
  • GBM (glioblastoma) and other brain cancers
  • Mesothelioma

– Diabetes mellitus (type 2) with complications

– Advanced heart disease, including advanced heart failure

End-stage lung disease

End-stage lung disease is a common cause of deaths for people with terminal stages of:

  • HIV-AIDS
  • Cystic fibrosis
  • COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease), including emphysema and chronic bronchitis
  • Pulmonary fibrosis, including idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (but here one has to act fast)
  • Interstitial lung disease.

Other terminal conditions

– End stage kidney disease due to:

  • Pyelonephritis
  • Glomerulonephritis

– SLE (systemic lupus erythematosus)

– ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis)

– CFS (chronic fatigue syndrome), ME (myalgic encephalomyelitis), or fibromyalgia

– MS (multiple sclerosis)

* Under construction (more conditions treatable with the NormalBreathing Buteyko Method will be added on this page).
